How secure Is my personal information?

Top Cool Design adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. 

We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.

 

 

I placed and order but did not receive a confirmation email. What is going on?

 

Kindly check your spam folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there! If you can't find it, you can contact our support team at support@topcooldesign.com  or through the contact form on the site. 

 

What is your return policy?

 

If there’s something wrong with your order (  defective product, etc.), please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or send a replacement.

 

I ordered more than 1 item, why did I receive 1?

 

When you order multiple items at a time some are shipped separately. This is due to logistics and the yare stored at different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

Products & Accessories: 

 

Due to the high demand of some of our free & promotional products, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of most of our products.

If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@topcooldesign.com  or through the contact form on the site.

Some of our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse direct to you. In the rare event that there is a customs charge, this will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

How long does delivery take?

We get them to you as fast as we possibly can! As we ship to many countries, our products ship internationally so please allow some extra time for delivery.

We pack and send the product directly normally the first day the ordered  come in

 

I messed up my shipping address when I placed my order. What should I do? 

If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able care of it. However, we can't make any promises. Packing your items usually start quickly after you order. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use

 

Does Top Cool Design  offer guarantee to their customers?

If you are not happy with your item, we'll take it back if you contact is within 10 days of delivery.
